Production Engineer Pentair Industrial Solutions Business Unit is experiencing significant growth. One of Pentair’s strategic growth pillars is the biogas area. Projects will be engineered and produced at our Pentair sites or approved suppliers. Pentair Sustainable Process Solution (SPS) specializes in CO₂ recovery solutions and biogas upgrading solutions. Pentair helps its clients lower their carbon footprint and energy bills and currently serves customers in more than 150 countries worldwide. To achieve further growth, we are looking for a Mechanical/Industrial Engineer (m/f/d).Objective of the Position
The Production Engineer acts as a crucial link between production sites, project teams, and other departments. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production through thorough work preparation and material coordination. He/She will follow up the production of projects once they have been designed and will ensure that it is delivered according to the required quality and timeline. The Production Engineer will report to the Production Manager ML.
Main Responsibilities




- Provides input during the sales phase regarding planning and lead time concerning production. Evaluates the design in the quotation phase for manufacturability and feasibility for the Production department. Acts as a key figure between the Project team and the Production department.
- Planning: follows up on the workplan and has dedicated Production Gemba’s with the production facility. Develops a project control plan and an overarching schedule for the entire phasing within production and the execution of tasks. Monitors the progress of projects within production and takes action in case of schedule overruns or production bottlenecks. Coordinates production‑related activities between project teams and the production department, both internally and externally with suppliers.
