The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
The Senior Legal Compliance & Regulatory Counsel serves as a trusted expert and strategic partner to the business,



providing authoritative legal and regulatory guidance to ensure the organisation’s activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and continuously improving the compliance framework while enabling the business to meet its strategic objectives in a risk-aware and legally sound manner. The main activities will focus on product and packaging regulations, sustainability, internal compliance policies (anti-bribery, whistleblowing, code of conduct, etc) and third party suppliers policies.
