Within theGroup Chief Transformation Office, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support the definition of the Generali Group strategy
- Providing input to the strategy planning process
- Performing trends and scenario analysis
- Perform Generali Group benchmarking relative to peers through the analysis of the performance, strengths and weaknesses of key global competitors, insurance, and asset management markets
- Support Strategy & PMI team in the set-up and coordination of strategic planning process and facilitating dialogue with key stakeholders

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in the fields of business management and/or finance and financial modelling
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems
- Excellent know-how of MS-Office suite (power point, excel...)
- High level of personal initiative

- Motivation and commitment
- Strong attitude to team working
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
