In this role you will provide Engineering Support Services to customers, diagnosing malfunctions and supporting aircraft maintenance and operations. You will act as the main technical contact for customers, coordinating with PSE and Engineering to meet reliability and availability targets. You will develop maintenance procedures, manage in-service occurrence reports, and support investigations and improvement initiatives. This position emphasizes cross‐functional collaboration, data‐driven reporting, and contribution to digital service development.
