In this role you will drive DCS modernization and lifecycle initiatives across the Hub Central & Southern Europe, aligning with the global service strategy. You will collaborate with Local Divisions, global service teams, and customers to turn installed base opportunities into service growth, shaping modernization roadmaps and proposals. You will support sales with technical expertise and drive data-driven decision making using ABB tools. You will also share knowledge and uphold ABB values to foster a safe, collaborative environment. and customer engagement Drive consistent use of ABB service tools and processes to improve installed base visibility and data quality Build hub capabilities through knowledge sharing, forums, webinars, and documentation Champion ABB values in health, safety, integrity, and collaboration Responsabilità Master's degree in Automation or Control Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with significant relevant experience Deep technical knowledge of ABB DCS lifecycle management Strong xrdztoy knowledge of ABB tools (ServIS, SOFA, SFDC, Automation White Space, Power BI, Installed Base Intelligence, Global PAEN Dashboard, MyControl System) Background in system engineering, customer technical support, project management, or coordination Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Experience in Energy Industries (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Chemical) Fluency in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
