OverviewIn this role you support the Finance Manager to drive financial performance, ensure timely reporting and compliant close processes, and partner with hotel teams to optimize profitability for owners and shareholders. and development for the finance team in the manager's absenceReconcile and check accounts around month‐end; manage cash flow efficientlyAssist in budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cash managementLead or participate in finance projects; apply lease/management agreement considerationsMaintain fixed cost register; review corporate charges and Hilton feesOversee capital expenditure process, invoice payments, payroll approvals, and balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare month‐end journal entries and payroll documentation; support internal/external auditsChair monthly credit meetings; review aged debt and credit card chargebacksCommunicate financial results with executives and hotel teams; support performance optimizationEnsure legal compliance with corporate policies and safety regulationsRequirementsAbility to analyze large volumes of xrdztoy complex financial information and produce reports, forecasts, and projectionsStrong problem‐solving and proactive issue‐prevention skil
