SIDLER SA, on behalf of an esteemed customer and luxury brand, is recruiting a candidate to join their team in Florence. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations (goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, cash handling). Lead, coach, and schedule the operations team to ensure optimal performance. Monitor operational KPIs (stock accuracy, shrinkage, productivity, replenishment timing). Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and legal regulations. Optimize stock flow between stockroom and sales floor. Support visual merchandising to ensure proper product presentation.



Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational targets. Manage stock counts, inventories, and internal audits. Identify and implement process improvements. Ensure a high level of customer service through efficient store operations. Qualifications & Experience Fluent spoken English and Italian. At least 5 years in managerial role for luxury brands. Business driven and detail‐oriented. Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers. Confident, enthusiastic and positive.
