- Monitor and track ongoing funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
- Prepare periodic reports for funding agencies, summarizing project progress and financials
- Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate filing systems for funding-related activities
- Research and summarize relevant funding opportunities
- Assist in preparing new funding applications and supporting documentation

Your Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Public Administration or Law
- Previous years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of public funding mechanisms
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
- Strong ability to interpret and manage documents and data accurately
- Attention to detail, strong time‐management abilities and a team‐oriented mindset
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, German as an advantage
