As a CRM Operations professional at TheFork, you will support global CRM campaigns by helping deploy automated content workflows and translate/test across markets. You'll enable rapid content review and rollout of new channels while maintaining data quality in Braze. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Product to run A/B tests, monitor performance, and resolve data issues. This is a chance to impact how regional teams engage diners at scale in a fast-growing European platform.

- Support the CRM Senior Specialist in deploying automated translation and content review infrastructure for global campaigns
- Assist rollout of new platform channels and features, enabling local markets to review content quickly
- Act as the technical custodian of Braze data environment, cleaning and validating legacy data structures
- Set up and analyze multivariate and A/B tests on localized copy, triggers,



and audiences; create dashboards for regional teams
- Monitor and report on CRM metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, opt-outs) to assess campaign health
- Manage data-related tickets (50+ active) and serve as the liaison between Marketing, Data, and Product
- Own end-to-end QA validation of data fixes and pipeline updates before production

Responsabilità
- B2C CRM experience with Braze or equivalent lifecycle marketing platform
- Proven ability to execute for senior specialists and drive both operational and analytical follow-through
- Translator mindset bridging Product/Data/Engineering with Marketing/Local Ops xrdztoy
- Strong numerical/analytical skills; ability to build basic dashboards and Excel reports
- Impeccable attention to detail and QA mindset for personalization tokens and data payloads
- English fluency; based in Milan, Italy
