Support adoption of virtualization and cloud technologies
Optimize infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability
Participate in infrastructure-related projects such as cloud migration and cybersecurity initiatives
Administer and monitor servers, network devices, and storage systems
Troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and ensure system stability
Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions

Provide expert support for infrastructure-related incidents

Responsabilità
~ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
~3+ years of proven ICT infrastructure management experience
~ Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security best practices, and virtualization/cloud platforms
~ Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
~ Fluent English (written and spoken)
~ Experience in multinational or technology-driven environments preferred
~ Relevant industry certifications are a plus
