Mission The Associate Project Manager supports project execution and assists in coordination of tasks to ensure successful delivery, working under the guidance of a Project Manager, managing resources, monitoring timelines, and maintaining effective communication among team members and clients.
Key Accountabilities Assist in creation and maintenance of project plans, defining tasks, timelines, milestones.
Update project trackers and reports regularly for stakeholders.
Act as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing updates, addressing queries, escalating issues.
Participate in client meetings, taking notes, following up action items.
Prepare and organize documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility; track document versions.




Coordinate meetings, arrange logistics, distribute agendas and minutes.
Track milestones and send reminders to ensure timely completion.
Support budget tracking: collect expense reports, identify variances.
Monitor project risks, log them, and report findings.
Assist in quality checks on deliverables; document and report issues, provide feedback.
Education Master's Degree in Economics.
Qualifications 0–3+ years of experience in an economic role within a project setting, ideally with cross‐functional teamwork.
Professional project management certifications desirable (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, etc.).
Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) also beneficial.
Basic understanding of project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
Basic knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies desirable.
Proven ability to work effectively in teams with cross‐functional project work.
