This role oversees marketing planning, brand positioning,



and campaign execution across digital and offline channels to reach an international, niche audience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and audience research, managing pricing and revenue strategies, and optimizing booking patterns and guest mix to align with creative objectives. The person in this role will collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and creative teams to ensure coherent messaging, design guest communication flows, and steward partnerships and collaborations.
