Experteer Overview As Global Channel Partner Program lead for Grid Automation, you design and govern the partner framework that integrates hardware and software solutions. You will drive onboarding, enablement, and governance with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery and contractual compliance. The role coordinates with Sales, Marketing, and Technology Centers to align launches and campaigns, while tracking performance and optimizing operations. You'll shape a scalable program that supports global growth and partner-driven execution.
Retribuzione / Benefits Design, implement, and maintain the channel partner program for Grid Automation products (hardware + software)
Define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for partners
Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and contract ethics
Develop onboarding and training materials; coordinate enablement initiatives (certifications, workshops, webinars)
Act as liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration
Track partner performance and prepare dashboards for leadership
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Identify risks in channel operations and develop mitigation plans
Manage partnerships, budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness
Align channel programs with product launches and marketing campaigns
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and partners
Continuously review and improve program processes for efficiency and scalability
Implement tools and systems to support partner management and reporting
Evaluate local homologation activities with partners and plan required actions
