Your Role & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Develop, lead and motivate our Technology M&A; team in Italy
Foster professional growth by promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability




Business Development & Market Presence Lead business development activities in the Italian market, from opportunity origination to deal closure
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with Private Equity firms, corporates, and entrepreneurs
Contribute to positioning the team as a reference point in the Technology M&A; market
Project & Client Management Take end-to-end responsibility for project management, including planning, delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance
Work closely with key stakeholders, including C-level clients, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Ensure delivery excellence across all phases of the transaction
Actively collaborate with the global team to further strengthen the firm's presence and footprint in the Italian market
Contribute to the development of the offering and the overall growth of the Technology M&A; practice
