We are looking for a specialist who will define and build the next-generation BEV fleet and maintenance model across Europe. This is not an operational role. It is a transformation role, focused on setting standards, driving structural improvements and embedding best-in-class performance across all our operations. What Will You Do You will lead the BEV Fleet & Maintenance Excellence domain at Group level, focusing on standardisation, performance improvement and long-term capability building. Define the future operating model Develop the target model for BEV fleet maintenance (organisation, capabilities, lifecycle approach) Define group-wide standards for maintenance concepts,
