The Pricing Manager for Southern Europe leads the regional pricing function, ensuring strong governance, compliance and strategic alignment with commercial objectives. This role combines leadership, analytical depth, and cross-functional influence to drive sustainable growth across the region.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will shape pricing strategies, lead transformation initiatives and contribute to the long‐term commercial vision of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional pricing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives
- Implement pricing governance, policies and controls across divisions
- Own pricing operations: list prices, discounts, ERP accuracy, annual price updates and acquisition integration
- Provide financial and pricing support for bids, tenders and strategic commercial decisions
- Deliver market, competitor and margin analyses through dashboards, reports, and business insights
- Drive pricing process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives




- Lead cross‐functional and strategic pricing projects, including digitalization and pricing model evolution
- Communicate pricing strategy, priorities, and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and commercial teams

Your profile
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in similar pricing positions with people management responsibility
- Strong analytical capabilities, including pricing analysis, margin optimization, and market dynamics assessment
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; solid experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)
- Strategic, proactive and solution‐oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross‐functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders
