Own outbound pipeline: High-volume phone, e mail & LinkedIn outreach using AI tools + self-sourced leads Qualify opportunities to successful leads: Run structured discovery on product range, commercial potential, and scalability Drive quality & discipline: Maintain CRM accuracy and strict qualification standards Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure smooth transition to onboarding and go-live teams Hit targets: Deliver against pipeline and revenue-focused KPIs





What You Bring

2-4 years in outbound BDR/SDR or business development Strong BD mentality with proven pipeline generation Professional Working Proficiency in Italian + English Resilient, high-energy, and target-driven Based in-market with right to work
