We are looking for a **Technical Service** **Specialist** to join our Technical Service team and support our customers with high-quality, reliable technical service.
**Primary Objective**
The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), providing backup first-line (Level 1) service, and supporting instrument installations and deinstallations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide **first-line** **technical service** to Abbott Ambassadors (service interventions requiring less than 4 hours of labor)
+ Schedule and perform **planned maintenance (PM)** activities
+ Execute **hardware and software upgrades** (Technical ServiceBulletins – TSBs)
+ Support **instrument installations and deinstallations**
+ Contribute to achieving **customer satisfaction** **(NPS)** , service KPIs, and the district’s economic growth and profitability
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in **medical, electrical, mechanical engineering or medical technology** preferred or equivalent experience required
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
+ Strong experience using **analytical tools** **and** **technical software**
