ppAs part of the Global Quality organization, the Quality Manager is responsible for leading quality performance across Fine Jewelry and Home Accessories operations in the US and Europe. The role combines production quality leadership, supplier quality oversight, preventive quality assurance, and team management to ensure product excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the value chain. /p h3Production Quality Management /h3 pLead quality activities across internal and external operations to ensure products meet Tiffany Co. standards and applicable legal requirements. /p pOversee local inspection and control activities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with operational turn-time expectations. /p pMonitor quality performance through audits, KPIs, and reporting, and define improvement priorities to reduce defects and strengthen process consistency. /p pContinuously review quality controls and operating practices to improve reliability, efficiency, and product conformity. /p h3Supplier Quality Preventive Assurance /h3 pLead supplier quality oversight, including supplier evaluations, audits, process reviews, and performance improvement actions. /p pEnsure robust management of supplier CAPA and follow-up of non-conformities through sustainable corrective actions. /p pDrive preventive quality assurance by assessing risks upstream across supplier capability, production readiness, specifications, and testing methods.
/p pSupport root cause analysis and broader quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams. /p h3Team Leadership Cross-Functional Partnership /h3 pLead and develop a team of 8 employees, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. /p pSupport recruitment, coaching, and capability building to strengthen team performance and engagement. /p pAct as a key quality partner to cross-functional stakeholders, including product development, manufacturing, and suppliers, to ensure quality requirements are realistic, measurable, and sustainable in production. /p pContribute to new product readiness by identifying quality risks early and supporting robust industrialization. /p h3Profile /h3 pEngineering degree or Master degree in quality/manufacturing or equivalent /p pMin 8 years of experience in production quality, supplier quality or a similar role /p pExperience within a luxury/jewelry goods or high-value manufacturing environment /p pFluent in English Italian/French as a preferred plus /p pAnalytical and Strong problem-solving skills /p pAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities /p pAbility to build effective partnerships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
