As HR Admin Intern you will provide accurate and efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth execution of core HR processes.HR AdministrationSupport in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data within HR systemsAssist in drafting, collecting, and archiving HR documentation (e.G., employment contracts, onboarding documents).Ensure proper management and organization of personnel files, both digital and physical.Support administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal moves, offboarding).Payroll & HR Operations SupportProvide administrative support for payroll preparation (e.G., data collection, attendance tracking, variable inputs).Assist in monitoring absences, leaves, and time tracking systems.Compliance & PoliciesSupport in ensuring HR processes are compliant with local labor laws and internal policies.Assist in updating internal procedures, guidelines, and employee documentation.Help prepare documentation for audits and internal controls.Employee SupportSupport onboarding processes (documentation,
