We are an international team of discipline engineers. /p h3Scope of Training /h3 ul liWork with New Product Development teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers. /li liInteract with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to ensure suppliers are involved in the development and review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability. /li liUse project management skills and quality tools to investigate alternate manufacturing processes for reduced cost or improved quality and reliability.



/li liContinuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology, through AI tools. /li liAssist with quality problem resolutions and incident management. /li liWork with Special Process Suppliers: Cleaning, Plating, Anodization, Surface Treatments, Coatings, etc. /li liInvolvement in quality resolution with suppliers. /li liPartner with Supplier Chain, Project Management, Engineering, and Quality. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity Degree pref.
