He/she performs a large variety of routine functions assisting with the processing of transactions and the use of corporate travel systems, requiring overall knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and systems. The incumbent ensures quality and consistency of processes and provides procedural guidance to clients and travel support staff.Supervision Received/ExercisedThe Travel Assistant (Travel and Transportation Unit) reports to the Travel and Transportation Officer, CSL. He/she acts independently in routine matters.
