This is a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment with a team that values innovation, technical excellence, and a strong commitment to sustainable urban development.Main DutiesUndertake transport model development and application using various software packages which enables the simulation and analysis of the urban and inter-urban transport network / system and its interactions with economic, social, environmental, and land-use factors; Implement territorial multimodal macrosimulation models,



as well as both vehicular and pedestrian microsimulations and static road network assessment tools; Develop transport planning research projects with specific focus on transport modelling, traffic assessment, ITS, freight and sustainability issues; Extract data from transport models, analyse and produce technical reports; Support the liaison with Clients and coordinate technical details with other project consultants.Job position educationUniversity Degree in Transport Engineering or equivalent.Job position experience1-2 years of professional experience in Transport Modelling and Transport Planning.Job position skillsEssential qualifications and experience:Proven ability to support the development, calibration and validation of transport models; Experience in technical report production.Excellent communication skills and interface with clients.Desirable qualifications and experience:Experience in using CUBE/VISUM, PTV VISSIM, AIMSUN; GIS experience.Primary LocationMilan, ItalyDisciplineTransport Planning
