pThe Demand Planner role, reporting to Italy Demand Planning Leader, is responsible for building accurate demand forecasts and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. Ensure the Initiatives Master Plan is executed in line with timings, volumes and Company KPIs. The role plays a key part in the SOP process, supporting business decisions and optimizing inventory performance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with high international exposure. /pulliAnalyze sales trends and monitor the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions /liliActively contribute to the SOP process with detailed forecasting analysis and cross-functional alignment /liliDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models /liliCoordinate and align forecasts with product launches, promotions and supply constraints /liliManage large and complex product portfolios (hundreds of SKUs)
