These leathers are utilized in a variety of applications, including leather goods, belts, footwear, clothing, saddlery, and upholstery. They offer different tanning methods, such as chrome, vegetable, and metal‑free options. /p pComprising 5 companies, including specialized tanneries, we combine tradition, artisanal expertise, and cutting‑edge technologies. With our strong local roots and international reach, we are employing over 300 people across four production facilities. /p pNuti Ivo joined in 2024 the circle of companies associated with bLVMH Métiers d'Art /b, and dedicated to the preservation and development of luxury savoir-faire /p pbMain mission /b /p pThe HRD will be tasked with leading and executing a comprehensive HR roadmap. This involves collaborating closely with the CEO, the leadership teams, and the individual industrial entities to help define their HR requirements, proactively identify potential risks, facilitate business expansion, and ensure that local practices align with the broader policies and constraints of the LVMH Group. /p pBeyond this central responsibility, you will also act as a key contact and HR support for other LVMH Métiers d’Art tanneries based in Italy, contributing to the harmonization and sharing of best practices. This strategic role will be crucial in supporting our growth, securing our unique savoir-faire, and anticipating the human challenges of an evolving industry. /p pThe HR Director will report directly to the CEO of Nuti Ivo Group and have a dotted‑line reporting relationship with the HR Director of LVMH Métiers d’Art. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pbDefining and Deploying the HR Strategy for Nuti Ivo Group: /b /p ul libHR Strategy Oversight: /b Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the business objectives of each of the 5 entities and the Group. Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, training, career development, compensation, HR administration employee relations. /li libHarmonization Advisory:
/b Harmonize HR policies and practices across the 5 companies while respecting local and specific business needs. Advise General Management and entity management on all HR matters. /li libTalent Management: /b ul libTraining Development: /b Design and deploy programs to enhance employee skills, foster specialized expertise, and expand knowledge. Identify training needs and assess program effectiveness. /li libPerformance Management: /b Supervise the performance management process, ensuring regular feedback and opportunities for professional growth. /li libOrganizational Design: /b Spearhead organizational design to optimize structural efficiency. /li libCompensation Benefits: /b Create and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance. /li /ul /li libSkills Identification GPEC: /b Map rare and essential technical leather‑related savoir‑faire. Develop and implement ambitious GPEC plans for technical and leather craft positions. /li libSuccession Planning Knowledge Transfer: /b Design and lead robust succession plans for key technical and leadership roles. Establish training, mentorship, and apprenticeship programs for skill transmission. /li libAttracting Technical Talent: /b Develop specific sourcing strategies and employer branding to attract and retain technical talent. /li libEmployee Relations and Work Climate: /b ul liManage employee relations with social partners across the Group's entities. /li liNegotiate and implement company agreements (Italian national collective agreements for the leather industry) and manage social crisis situations. /li liPromote constructive social dialogue and a stimulating work environment. /li /ul /li libHR Compliance, HRIS, and Reporting: /b ul liEnsure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies consistent with Group standards. /li liLead the evolution and optimization of the HRIS for the entire Group.
/li liDefine and supervise consolidated HR reporting (KPIs, dashboards) for all 5 companies, providing strategic analyses to Management and contributing to LVMH Group HR reports. /li /ul /li /ul pbHR Support and Coordination for LVMH Tanneries in Italy: /b /p ul libHR Contact Support: /b Serve as the main HR contact and support for other LVMH Group tanneries in Italy on specific topics. /li libHarmonization Collaboration: /b Participate in the harmonization of HR practices, sharing of best practices, and implementation of Group (LVMH) HR projects across Italian tanneries. Collaborate closely with HRDs/HRMs of other LVMH tanneries to capitalize on shared expertise, particularly regarding the safeguarding of savoir‑faire. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul libExperience: /b Minimum 10‑15 years of progressive experience as an HRD or similar position in a multi‑site, industrial environment. bSignificant experience in the tanning, leather, luxury, or a manufacturing sector with a strong artisanal component is essential. /b /li /ul pbTechnical expertise : /b /p ul liExcellent command of Italian labour law and employee relations in Italy. /li liProven experience in securing savoir‑faire and implementing succession plans for technical positions. /li liStrong capacity in skills development, and talent management. /li liAbility to lead transformation and change projects. /li liProficiency in HR administration, compensation policies and benefits. /li /ul pbPersonal Qualities : /b /p ul libInspiring Leadership and Strategic Vision: /b Ability to unite HR teams and influence executives. /li libPragmatic and Results‑Oriented: /b Ability to translate HR strategy into concrete, measurable actions. /li libAgility and Adaptability: /b Ability to thrive in a complex environment (multi‑company, multi‑site, LVMH Group). /li liExcellent communication skills in Italian and English.
