The Role

Our client, a global leader in Online Commerce, is hiring contract BD Hunters to drive expansion across European markets.

This is a pure outbound role - focused on building pipeline from scratch, breaking into new accounts, and converting high-potential businesses within key commercial verticals, including:

- Consumer goods
- Lifestyle & fashion
- Specialist and enthusiast categories
- Secondary market / resale
- Emerging digital commerce channels

Ideal for true business development specialists who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

What You’ll Do

- Own outbound pipeline: High-volume phone, e mail & LinkedIn outreach using AI tools + self-sourced leads
- Qualify opportunities to successful leads: Run structured discovery on product range, commercial potential, and scalability
- Drive quality & discipline: Maintain CRM accuracy and strict qualification standards




- Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure smooth transition to onboarding and go-live teams
- Hit targets: Deliver against pipeline and revenue-focused KPIs

What You Bring

- 2-4 years in outbound BDR/SDR or business development
- Strong BD mentality with proven pipeline generation
- Professional Working Proficiency in Italian + English
- Resilient, high-energy, and target-driven
- Based in-market with right to work
