Your RoleWe are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village in Cesena (Italy). You will be in charge of drafting simple legal documents, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and administering contractual documents.Your ImpactDraft, review, and negotiate contractual documents, mainly related to projects performed by the Company in different geographies, in both Italian and EnglishAdvise on general business law issues and manage the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigation and sustainability issuesAttend meetings with clients, suppliers and/or project teamFulfill corporate obligations, including dealing with public notaries or local authorities and obtaining certificates or other corporate documentsDraft letters related to contractual obligations and/or pre‑litigations and/or claimsAdvise on claims and ensure a proper connection with external lawyers in charge of litigations, ensuring that externally commissioned lawyers are provided with all necessary information to enable them to provide advice that is accurate, targeted and represents the best value for moneyCooperate in developing procedures, matrices and policies to be adopted at Technogym Group levelWork on developing templates and standards and maintain a deep understanding of Group policies and proceduresAssist business teams on specific legal issues (e.G. IP, competition or IT laws)Provide high quality, targeted and accessible legal advice across a range of practice areas and work as a valued business partner with colleagues across Technogym Group, in order to secure and deliver effective solutions to legal issuesDrive continuous improvement within your own areas of responsibilityTake a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring legal risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate,



escalatedAnticipate and manage legal risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operationsSecure compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulationsDeliver high‑quality work under deadlinesAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
