Orient Express La Minerva in Rome seeks a Commis de Cuisine to support the culinary team in delivering exceptional cuisine that meets five-star standards. Reporting to the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef, you will help with prep, plating, and maintaining hygiene and safety across the kitchen.
You will work evenings and weekends in a luxury hotel environment, emphasizing craftsmanship, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Italian fluency and the right to work in Italy are required.
