Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.Partner with the bestAs Sourcing Experienced Professional – Commodity Management, you will contribute to procurement strategy for your product and execute order placement and agreements with suppliers supporting business KPIs.The Sourcing Experienced Professional – Commodity Management is responsible for:Contribute to develop and execute long-term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPIIntegrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering and manufacturing objectives.For New Product Development, drive supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, sales, product leadership and other procurement team in accordance with the business strategyPartner and be a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodityDevelop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic PartnershipNegotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material,



balanced against optimum quality and schedule needsDevelop procurement initiatives for cost-out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC procurement and cash flow improvement (e.G., rebate, payment terms)Leverage S&OP data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goalsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor’s/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economics with experience in procurement or commodity management1-3 years of experience in procurement, operations, supply chain is preferredBe fluent in English and Italian, both in writing and speakingPossess excellent communication and influencing skillsHave an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutionsHave good oral and written communication skillsHave a positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunityAvailable to live in Talamona (SO) or to travel in Talamona for 1 week per monthDesired:Possess good interpersonal and leadership skillsBe able to cope with multiple complex situations dailyHave negotiation expertiseBe able to document, plan, market,
