ppSenior HR leader acting as a strategic partner to the business, overseeing the full hire-to-retire lifecycle while supporting senior stakeholders across functions. Responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and managing labor relations. /p h3What You Will Be Doing /h3 pThe HR Manager will be responsible for delivering the full scope of activities typically associated with the business partner role, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The position covers the entire employee lifecycle ("hire-to-retire"). The HR Manager will also provide expert advice and coaching to management on people-related decisions and change management initiatives. In addition, the role will oversee Labor Relations at both territorial and national levels, ensuring effective management of relationships with employee representatives and trade unions, as well as compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will play a key role in negotiations, dispute resolution, and the implementation of national and local labor agreements. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive experience in senior HR roles, preferably within complex multinational organizations /li liStrong business acumen and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, with the ability to operate seamlessly across both structured settings and evolving, fluid environments /li liProven ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach in operational contexts, effectively connecting and collaborating with diverse populations, from frontline workforce to executive leadership /li liDemonstrated track record in leading complex and high‑impact negotiations,
