- Awareness of Target Price Achievement
- Optimize lot sizes (stock awareness), including adjusting the offer/order in line with the current customer agreement
- Assessing the customer creditworthiness in case of open orders/invoices exceeding credit limit
- Utilize sales cockpit to manage ATP checks
- Uploading customer's purchase order to SAP
- Monitor and adapt open orders: scheduling agreements, consignment stocks & volume contracts
- Creation of liability agreements in case of deliveries ahead of schedule
- Provision of customer specific documents




- Customer care (like passing on information regarding deliveries and other issues) Update Customer Information in SAP & CRM tool **Requisiti**: - Completed commercial apprenticeship/training
- Language skills (English)
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Basic knowledge of plastic materials / industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
