Position Summary Job Purpose Support Business Performance & Controlling Management Team in matters of Agent commissions in order to ensure the proper management of commission costs and provide periodic reporting to the Air Conditioning Division. Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Manage process related to agent agreements- Manage the monthly closing activities related to agent commissions calculation- Manage the yearly agent premio calculation- Interact with EU controlling Team based in Amsterdam- Manage agent claim dispute and amendments- Support the monthly and annual planning- Manage the general expenses process- Interact with sales team and sales agents- Interact with outsourcing companies and SEI legal department Skills and Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in multinational companies or fully structured organizations.- Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.- Computer Knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.- Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.- Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
