and Project LeadersIdentifies the drifts of the forecast vs. target and vs. awardsInvestigates the reasons for drifts, supporting and encouraging lessons learned activitiesImplements Vendor Tooling (VT) database with awardsSupports elaboration of VT expenses framing from IM to CM using available archetypes, scope sheets, and Visual Bill of MaterialSupports the forecast to framing convergence activitiesSupports the update of the archetypes using the collected dataQualifications, Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering2–5 years of experience, including automotive exposureUnderstanding of automotive systems and terminologyKnowledge of tooling processes (molds, dies) is a strong plusStrong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex dataAdvanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)Knowledge of European data systems and toolsFluent in English and Italian (B2 level minimum)OfferSalary range: from 36.400€ to 46000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirementsCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
