- Accurately insert all Groups/Events Opportunities in Opera S&C; and keep the business blocks updated in real time; produce requested reports upon request; ensure Opera system is kept clean and efficient; manage RFPs received via group enquiries websites such as Starcite, Cvent, MI Leads, HPN (and similar) and update these systems in a timely manner according to Company policy 3) **Customer care and Consulting service** 4) **Follow all company policies and procedures** 5)
