As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry._ Role Within the Logistics & Supply Chain department, reporting to the Transport Manager, the person is responsible for the preparation of shipments, within the guidelines provided by the Manager. On a daily basis, he/she interfaces with the Logistics, Customer Service and Administration departments and with external transport and customs partners, as well as with customers, for the preparation of transport documentation for exports. Main responsibilities
- Prepares and checks transport documentation for exports such as invoices, free export declarations, packing lists, shipping instructions, etc;
- Maintains contact with transporters and customers to organise pick up and delivery of material, generation of Intercompany invoices, information/documentation retrieval;
- Manages a database for requesting Certificates of Origin in the Camera di Commercio;
- Monitors and validates transport costs;
- Feeds and maintains the transport management system for its proper functioning




- Feeds and maintains the customs documentation archive Your Talent: - Excellent use of the Office package;
