**Post description**
- Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele
- Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
- Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients




- Client relationship management through digital tools
- Building relationships with other departments - inc. Personal Shopping team
- Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.)
- Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals
- Sending daily reports **Profile required**
- Fluent Italian and English (speaking, writing and reading), an other language will be a plus
- Proven sales skills
- Relationship building with high profile clients
- Experience in a luxury retail department store, preferably Bicester Village, +1yr
- Flexibility for shifts, based on Bicester Village trading hours
- A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude
- Target driven
- Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player
