/li liExperience across areas such as category management, trade marketing, sales operations, or business development. /li liProven success developing and delivering commercial and market growth strategies. /li liStrong leadership capability, with experience leading teams and influencing across complex cross‑functional environments. /li liAdvanced customer negotiation, category management and relationship‑building skills. /li liStrong commercial acumen, budgeting expertise and analytical problem‑solving capability. /li liA degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline. /li liFluency in both English and Italian. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
