ppWe are partnering with a privately held international organization seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join its finance team. /p pThis is a key position responsible for driving financial excellence through ownership of accounting integrity, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit activities. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, shared service centres, global process owners, and central finance functions across multiple countries to ensure accurate and timely financial management. /p pThis role offers significant opportunities for growth, ownership, and involvement in strategic business decisions within a fast-paced international environment. /p pbPlease note: /b Strong knowledge of Italian statutory accounting and tax requirements is essential. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Legal Entity Accounting Financial Reporting /h3 ul liOversee all accounting activities for the legal entity, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, cash management, and treasury activities across complex multi-entity structures. /li liEnsure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with shared service centres. /li liReview and approve financial results, providing clear analysis of variances, risks, and key accounting judgments. /li liLead forecasting and projection processes, monitoring actual performance against forecasts and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. /li /ul h3Controls,



Compliance Risk /h3 ul liMaintain a robust legal entity control environment, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. /li liIdentify, assess, and escalate accounting, compliance, and financial risks as appropriate. /li liApply sound accounting judgment to complex or non-routine transactions, collaborating with technical accounting specialists when required. /li /ul h3Audit, Tax Regulatory Matters /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating statutory and internal audits. /li liOversee tax, VAT, and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with local legislation and transfer pricing requirements. /li liWork closely with external tax advisors and central tax teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. /li /ul h3Business Partnership /h3 ul liPartner with local business leaders and FPA teams to ensure accurate recording of business activities, contracts, and transactions. /li liProvide guidance to stakeholders on accounting, tax, and regulatory considerations. /li liProactively identify and address issues that could lead to accounting or compliance risks. /li /ul h3Process Improvement Transformation /h3 ul liCollaborate effectively within a matrix organisation,



working alongside shared service centres, global process owners, and central finance teams. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. /li liManage and develop an international team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of financial outputs. /li /ul h3Governance Corporate Matters /h3 ul liSupport Board of Directors meetings through preparation of statutory financial information and related disclosures. /li liAssist with corporate governance, regulatory, and legal entity-related matters. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Required Qualifications Experience /h3 ul li8+ years of accounting experience within multinational organisations. /li liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. /li liProfessional accounting qualification (e.g. Dottore Commercialista, ACCA, or equivalent). /li liStrong knowledge of Italian statutory accounting and tax requirements. /li liFluent Italian and English language skills. /li liExperience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP systems is advantageous. /li /ul h3Skills Attributes /h3 ul liOpen-minded, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach. /li liStrong analytical, organisational, and time-management skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li liSelf-motivated with sound business judgment and the ability to work independently. /li liComfortable operating in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
