As a Logistics Operations Support In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing transport management, and coordinating the external logistics provider responsible for PPG's finished goods handling. Supporting other Logistics functions on site, you will collaborate closely with warehouse and transport contractors to ensure Customs compliance, Export compliance and ADR regulations. **Key Responsibilities**
- Leads the relationship with transport contractors and Warehouse 3PL ,and connects them to our Customers and PPG operations.
- Responsible to check and reconcile stock discrepancies in the stock comparison between PPG and third party warehouse, identify root causes & address the corrective actions.
- Drive change and identify efficiency improvements
- Hold review meetings and maintain actions for transport carriers and warehouse 3PL
- Process invoices using pre agreed rates checkers and maintain local finance files to track costs and deviations
- Monitor transport and warehouse provider’s performance and key performance indicator calculations,



whilst producing the monthly pre-invoices and calculate recharges according to CAIR complaints.
- Completing housekeeping audits.
- Prepare stock check or cycle counting process
- Analyze warehouse performance and relevant costs.
- Analyze performance and costs for outgoing freight & inter company transport.
- Responsible for ensuring all transport and warehouse contractors comply with transport of dangerous goods legislation. **Qualifications**: - Experience of working with third party warehousing and transport contractors.
- Knowledge of transport of dangerous goods legislation.
- Ability to chair meetings and prepare documentation.
- English as a second language, both verbal and written. Second language is a plus.
- Excellent excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
