Department: Operations Location: Verona Villafranca Contract: fixed-term We are looking for a Crew Planning Officer in Verona Villafranca. He/she will support the effective planning and deployment of flight crew and cabin crew, according to existing regulations and safety standards. Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly crew pairings.
- Support flight crew and cabin crew rostering processes.
- Support crew training planning activites, especially line training monitoring of flight crews.
- Support monthly crew leaves administration.
- Liase with Crew Coordination office, handle real time operational problems and provide logical solutions.
- Perform quality checks to given planning scenarios.
- Ensure productivity and operational requirements are met in a legal, safe and cost effective manner. **Skills**: - Intermediate MS Office skills especially with MS Excel.
- Familiar with I.T. systems in general.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize successfully the job.
- Be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
