Leveraging Deutsche Bank's international network and product expertise, the Corporate Subsidiary Coverage team serves multinational corporations across their treasury and banking needs. /p pWe are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Coverage team in Milan. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of multinational subsidiary clients in Italy, acting as a trusted advisor to finance and treasury teams while driving client engagement, revenue growth, and cross-product penetration. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multinational corporate subsidiaries operating in Italy. You will develop strong and lasting client relationships, understand clients' strategic and treasury objectives, and position Deutsche Bank as their preferred transaction banking partner. /p pWorking closely with Global Relationship Managers, product specialists, and international coverage teams, you will identify business opportunities, originate new mandates, structure solutions, and support clients across their cash management, trade finance, lending, FX,



and treasury requirements. You will also ensure the highest standards of risk management and regulatory compliance, including KYC, AML, and AFC requirements. /p h3Responsabilities /h3 ul liManage and grow a portfolio of multinational subsidiary clients operating in Italy through proactive relationship management and business development. /li liDevelop trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, and treasury teams on the ground. /li liDrive revenue growth by identifying and originating opportunities across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, FX, Securities Services, and other Corporate Bank solutions. /li liPartner with Global Relationship Managers and product specialists to deliver integrated client solutions across geographies and business lines. /li liLead client discussions, business reviews, and strategic engagements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and wallet share growth. /li liExecute client plans and support the delivery of franchise objectives through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. /li liIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of coverage strategies and commercial initiatives. /li liMaintain strong governance standards and ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, AFC, and risk management requirements. /li liContribute to process improvements and support a culture of teamwork, excellence, and client focus. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. /li liExperience within banking or financial services, ideally in corporate coverage, transaction banking, cash management, trade finance, treasury solutions, or related client-facing roles.
