The company recently acquired LAS, Italy’s leading debt administration provider. /p h3The role of Associate Financial Agency /h3 pLAS is looking for an Associate to join the team in managing agency and credit servicing activities, focusing on executing financial transactions and supporting restructuring and distressed situations. The role combines transaction management, operational execution and stakeholder coordination, offering broad visibility across complex financing structures and direct interaction with lenders, borrowers and advisors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as Agency support on performing financing transactions (e.g. loan agency, security agency, facility agency) /li liSupport monitoring and management activities for private debt and UTP credit funds throughout their entire lifecycle /li liAssist in organizing operational activities related to data remediation and data quality for the credit portfolio /li liOversee and review activities performed by Analysts and Senior Analysts /li liMonitor the progress of the project and update the senior team /li liPrepare and organize documentation for periodic client update meetings /li liManage day‑time operational aspects of live transactions /li liSupport and oversee the onboarding of new mandates, including the review of transaction documentation and calculations within the management system /li liMonitor contractual obligations,



key dates and milestones /li liCoordinate with lenders, borrowers, legal advisors and other transaction parties /li liSupport and check drawdowns, repayments, calculations, amendments and waivers /li liMaintain and update transaction records, reporting and data repositories /li liAssist in portfolio monitoring and periodic reporting activities /li liSupport senior team members on restructuring and special situations, including: ul liamendments and restructurings of existing facilities /li lidistressed or underperforming credits /li liinteraction with multiple creditor groups /li /ul /li liContribute to process improvement and standardisation initiatives /li /ul h3Experience And Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields /li li2–4 years of experience in financial services, banking, loan agency, restructuring, transaction services or advisory /li liSolid understanding of loan documentation and financing structures /li liStrong organisational skills and attention to detail /li liAbility to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously /li liProactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset /li liStrong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li liAdvanced Excel skills; familiarity with internal systems and reporting tools is a plus /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liPrior exposure to restructuring, special situations or distressed credits /li liExperience working with credit funds, banks or alternative lenders /li liUnderstanding of intercreditor dynamics and complex capital structures /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
