As a Sales Application Specialist Microbiology, you will be responsible for customer retention, product acceptance, performing demonstrations, instrument installations, solving application problems, providing training, and supporting sales representatives with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Pre‑sales and post‑sales support, including product demonstrations and training on instrument operation and maintenance.
- Assist with instrument installation and provide field support.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to protect, maintain, and grow the company’s business, communicating regularly with local, zone, and management teams.
- Communicate technical and clinical information so customers use instruments efficiently and skillfully.
- Drive continuous improvement of support activities and processes, monitor customer satisfaction targets,
and adjust priorities to enhance the customer experience and identify new needs.
- Manage existing accounts and exceed sales growth expectations for instruments and reagents.
Key Requirements

- Master’s degree in Biomedical Science or related field; a Master’s in Microbiology is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years clinical laboratory experience or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel up to 85 % of the time (driving licence mandatory) with overnight stays in Italy and abroad.
- Fluency in English and Italian with strong communication and interpersonal skills. xlwpduy
