You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to **Italian **speaking clients of Netflix, an American subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service. The service primarily distributes original and acquired films and television shows from various genres, and it is available internationally in multiple languages. **What you will be doing**: - Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, content, technical problems, and service navigation.
- Provide guidance on setting up Netflix on different devices.
- Assist customers with creating, managing, and securing their Netflix accounts.
- Resolve billing disputes and ensure customers understand their payment options.



**Requirements**: - Fluency in **Italian** (must be C1+)
- Communicative level of English language (B2+)
