and treasury activities; /liliEnsure timely tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors and accounting consultants; /liliMonitor cash flow and support financial planning activities; /liliMaintain and strengthen internal controls in accordance with Group policies and local regulations; /liliDevelop, implement, and continuously improve accounting procedures and administrative processes; /liliCollaborate closely with the Headquarters Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting; /liliCoordinate relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and public authorities; /liliSupport ERP implementation, system enhancements, and finance process digitalization initiatives; /liliLead, coach, and develop the Accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement; /liliSupport the Finance Director and local Management by providing reliable financial information and accounting insights to facilitate business decisions. /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; /liliAt least 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration,
