ph3Tax Manager /h3pWe are seeking an energetic and driven professional with strong expertise in accounting and taxation to join our team. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide tax advisory support to internal business units across the company. /liliSupport tax aspects of business processes, including participation in the development of policies, procedures, and new accounting processes; review of contracts, projects, initiatives, and marketing activities to ensure tax compliance. /liliManage tax risks, including their identification, assessment, and documentation. /liliParticipate in the preparation of tax reporting in one of the following areas: corporate income tax, VAT, or transfer pricing. /liliCoordinate and deliver tax reporting packages to the headquarters, ensuring consistency of key messages and conclusions. /liliMaintain ongoing communication with the headquarters on all tax-related matters. /liliCoordinate with external tax advisors (BIG4) and manage deliverables across various tax projects. /liliEnsure adherence to internal tax control procedures and support the execution of internal control frameworks. /liliMonitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company’s business operations. /liliParticipate in all types of tax audits, including preparation of responses and supporting documentation.



/li /ulh3Critical Skills Experience Education /h3ulliHigher economic education; ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience as a tax consultant/manager or deputy chief accountant/chief accountant; experience in BIG4 is a plus. /liliStrong technical expertise in accounting (IFRS is an advantage), tax legislation (Tax Code of Ukraine), international taxation, and transfer pricing rules. /liliProven experience in preparing tax reporting for corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing, as well as in deferred tax calculations and reconciliation of financial vs. tax accounting. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines. /liliStrong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex tax matters. /liliProactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member. /liliExperience working in multicultural or cross-functional environments. /liliStrong MS Office skills, including the ability to work with large data sets (Excel). /liliExcellent communication skills; English level — Intermediate or higher. /liliHigh level of responsibility and results orientation. /li /ulpBy clicking the “Apply for this job” button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to our Applicants Privacy Policy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
