Our Seniors typically have at least 8 years of commercial experience. /li liExperience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks. /li liArchitect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies. /li liImplement multi‑agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision‑making. /li liDesign and deploy Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources. /li liIntegrate agentic platforms with client systems, including APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications. /li liThe ability to configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads. /li liDesign deployment architectures across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. /li liAbility to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non‑technical individuals. /li liComfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and direct iteration with users. /li liStrong consulting experience to plan, execute,
