Per il nostro staff interno siamo alla ricerca di un profilo di Legal Counsel da inserire nel nostro team, con un particolare focus sul public sector. **Tasks**: - Advice on public procurement code contracts/tender procedures and draft documents, acts or agreements related to public procurement contracts tender, execution.
- Advice and negotiate RTI related documentation, subcontracting agreements, and on public procurement contracts litigation matters.
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of consulting services, system integrator, outsourcing and technology contracts and subcontracts and licensing agreement with public sector and private customers and suppliers as necessary.
- Advice on compliance, privacy, intellectual property and any commercial matter or agreement as necessary.
- Identify risks, and define strategy to mitigate them,



strategize with internal partners' creative win-win solutions or appropriate legal action.
- Collaborate with other members of the team or other NTT DATA functions to drive compliance with internal policies, processes and approvals.
- Stay abreast of legal developments in Italy, the EU and globally, affecting the company and implement them into company practices.
- Develop internal guidelines, toolkit and templates on public procurement contracts and any other legal matters and contracts as necessary
- Assist on developing training materials and provide training to business on legal topic and best practices **Skills**: - Experience and strong knowledge of public procurement code and related administrative law and procedures.
- Knowledge of consulting, systems, integration, digital services and outsourcing, licensing, preferably in a fast-paced corporate legal/transaction group for an IT services and/or similar business.
- Excellent legal and business drafting, communication, negotiation and influencing skills - in Italian and in English.
- Positive and proactive attitude, open minded, self-motivated and a team player; approachable with strong ethic; ability to work autonomously and deliver creative solutions under time pressure.
- Must be comfortable engaging with senior management with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Minimum 2 years of in house experience advising on public procurement contracts/code on the supplier side, possibly in the ITC/technology sector.
- Admitted to Italy Bar desirable. **Location** Rome.
