Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDefine and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineers /li liTake ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security /li liSupport the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time /liliFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment /li liHave fun /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liStrong hands‑on background with 5+ years in data engineering (e.g. SQL, Python, Spark or similar distributed processing frameworks)



/li li2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions /li liExperience designing and operating reliable data pipelines in production (batch and ideally streaming / event‑driven systems) and making data modelling decisions /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non‑technical stakeholders and external business partners /li liProven ability to lead initiatives from inception to successful delivery, collecting business requirements and converting them into actionable technical ones /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liExperience with event‑driven architectures (e.g. Kafka or similar) /li liExperience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Databricks, Redshift or similar) /li liExperience evolving domain data models in operationally complex environments /li /ul p€70,000 - €100,000 a year /p h3Grow with us: /h3 ul liWe may move fast at Prima, but we move together.
