The role activates Regional methodologies, dashboards, and KPIs, while adapting execution to local consumer behavior, channel realities, and business dynamics. They ensure performance decisions in the market are data-led, using Regional reporting as the main framework, enriched with contextual local insights. The role also contributes market learnings to shape Regional playbooks, benchmarks, and future guidelines.
